Michael H. Fritsch
M.D., F.A.C.S. Professor
Dr. Michael Fritsch is a board-certified expert, recognized both nationally and internationally, in the treatment of ear disease, inner ear, and skull based surgery. He invented the technique of “Incisionless Otoplasty” for lop ear deformity and is an expert in Salivary Endoscopy and Lithotripsy. Dr. Fritsch achieved distinction as Professor of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine and Medical Center. He serves on the review board of six scientific journals and has been named in “Best Doctors in America”, “America’s Top Doctors”, and in the Consumer Council’s ‘Top Otology-Neurotology Surgeons”. Dr. Fritsch has written three medical books titled “Congenital and Early Onset Hearing Loss”, “Atlas of Paranasal Sinus Surgery”, and “Sialendoscopy and Lithotripsy”. Additionally, he has written over 40 scientific, peer-reviewed journal articles and is regularly invited to give oral presentations about his scientific research.

Sylvia C. Hoefer
M.A., CCC-A, Clinical Audiologist
Sylvia spent five years in the public schools as a Speech, Language and Hearing pathologist prior to graduating with her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Ball State University. She has over 30 years of clinical experience in a variety of medical settings where her responsibilities included comprehensive audiometric evaluations for both adult and pediatric populations, auditory brainstem testing, electronystagmography, hearing aid fitting and maintenance and supervision of audiologists and support staff. Sylvia enjoys the challenge of finding solutions for those with hearing difficulties to help improve their lifestyle. Her favorite activities include spending time with her husband, son, family and friends, traveling the back roads and reading.
